1. Nature of Service

RankRaw is a simulated, non-monetary prediction market platform. All transactions on RankRaw use a virtual currency called "RawPower" (RP). RawPower has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or withdrawn for fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or any other form of real-world value.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use RankRaw. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. RankRaw is intended for entertainment, education, and research purposes only.

3. Account Rules

  • One account per natural person. Bulk, bot, or duplicate accounts are prohibited.
  • You may not manipulate markets, collude with other users, or engage in wash trading.
  • You may not use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools without explicit written permission.
  • Accounts found in violation may be suspended, banned, or reset at the discretion of administrators.

4. Market Rules

Market resolutions are determined by administrators or automated systems according to the resolution criteria stated on each market. All resolution decisions are final. Markets may resolve as "Yes", "No", or be cancelled/voided in exceptional circumstances. RankRaw makes no guarantee about the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of market data or resolution sources.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided on RankRaw are the property of RankRaw or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

RankRaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or that the platform will be free from errors or harmful components. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankRaw and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of RankRaw after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be announced via the platform or email where possible.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RankRaw operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
